Annual Report – 2018-19

2018-19 saw WDVCAS NSW bloom into Women’s Safety NSW – as the peak body for women’s specialist services and the primary response to women and their children impacted by domestic and family violence in NSW through the Safer Pathway reforms.

Women’s Safety NSW’s approach has been grounded in strong engagement with an empowered, growing and diverse membership right across the state. It is our members who have lead the way on the frontline in advocating for women and their children to access safety, justice and wellbeing, and our members and survivor advocates, who have told us of the systemic changes that need to happen in policy, practice and law reform.
